| Q: How will I know if you are taking pictures of my child? |
| A: Check our website 48 hours after the contest, however, if you want to make sure to have photos of your child, simply ask a Your Picture Page representative and fill out a Photo Request Form. |
| Q: How do I order photos? |
| A: From our Home Page, navigate to the View and Buy section, find event you are interested in and enter the password for that event. You will then be taken to our e-commerce server, where you can find the photos you want to buy, place them in your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. It's as easy as buying a book on Amazon! |
| Q: What methods of payment do you accept? |
| A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and personal checks. |
| Q: Do digital photos compare in quality to regular film? |
| A: Yes. New advances in technology for professional digital SLR cameras have made it possible to print images as large as 11 x 20 without any noticeable loss in quality compared to film. |
| Q: Is there a fee for getting a picture taken? |
| A: No! Your Picture Page takes the great photos and customers have the choice to purchase or not. There are no sitting or shooting fees. |
| Q: What sports do your photographers attend? |
| A: Basketball, Football, Soccer, Softball, Baseball, Tennis, Track & Field, Volleyball, Cheer and selected other activities upon request. |
| Q: How long after the game/contest can I purchase photos? |
| A: Photos are available for browsing and purchase 48 hours after each event. They are available in perpetuity and unlike other photo businesses, Your Picture Page will send out every order within 24-hours from receipt. |
| Q: Can I buy electronic images? |
| A: Yes. In addition to high quality prints we sell electronic images in many formats. Please contact us for details. |
| Q: I didn’t see any photos of my child. Did you forget to take photos of her? |
A: Your Picture Page photographs a variety of players during each event. Without specific requests, we will randomly take photos of as many athletes as possible. We strive to get a picture of each and every child, but due to certain constraints that is not probable.
You can request that we specifically take photos of your child and we will then take at least three (3) quality photos of him or her. This in no way obligates you to purchase a photo from Your Picture Page. However, after seeing them we know you will! |
| Q: Can’t you take a photo of my kid when he’s smiling, not grimacing? |
| A: Our images our photojournalistic in nature and we strive to capture the emotion and intensity of the game. Your Picture Page provides still shots for parents who want to ensure a smile. Please contact us to arrange a photo session for your child. |
| Q: Why didn’t I see you at my event? |
| A: Your Picture Page continues to add more events to our schedule. If you would like to see us at your next contest, contact us to reserve our services. |
| Q: What can I do if I don’t want my child on the internet? |
| A: If you do not want your child to appear on our website, a Do Not Photograph request form can be submitted to our photographer prior to the game. Your Picture Page adheres to international copyright standards in regards to recognizable for individuals in image backgrounds. |
| Q: How come the pictures I take don't look like Your Picture Page's? |
| A: Your Picture Page uses the best professional equipment available (which is prohibitively expensive for the recreational photographer). In addition, Your Picture Page only uses skilled and talented photographers trained in the visual design and composition of photographs. |
| Q: What age kids do you photograph? |
| A: Currently, we attend sports with kids between ages five (5) and eighteen (18). |
